30-Day “Make It Right” Policy
If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective product, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Because our products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrectly ordered sizes

Incorrectly selected colors

Change of mind
If there is a quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
For the fastest resolution, include clear photos of the item on a flat, well-lit surface, showing the tag and the issue. This helps us review and resolve your case quickly.
We do not accept returns on custom items at our facility.
The return address on packages is for shipping labels only, not for actual returns.
We offer reprints (not refunds) when we make mistakes. No exchanges are provided.
Defective vs. Customer Error:
- Defective items: We provide free reprints for damaged products, print issues, production errors, or lost packages.
- Customer error: No reprints for wrong sizes or buyer's remorse since items are custom made-to-order.
To be eligible for a reprint, you will need to provide a photos of defective item or misprint. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
